Restorative Exercise Classes are designed for you to experience your body in a new way. Each class, and each session, is a unique experience.
RELAX AND RESTORE - Mondays 5:30 PM. This is 75 minutes of body to soul pleasure. This class is a great way to nourish yourself and gently “check in” with your inner self. Yoga postures are held with you comfortably supported on bolsters and pillows. You will experience increased energy flow, deep relaxation and inner harmony. This class is for all levels of experience.
STRETCH AND SUPPORT BASICS - 60 minute classes Wednesdays at 6 PM. These classes run for 4 consecutive weeks. In this class you will experience an increased awareness of you body movements. We will be learning the basics of core stabilization, and gentle Myofascial stretching/strengthening for better ease of movement. Myofascial Stretching results in lasting changes that you will notice. This class is for anyone who has been in pain and is ready to start moving, or just wants a better idea of what is going on in their body during daily activities and how to support themselves with specific tasks. After this class, many are ready for yoga, pilates or whatever form of exercise they enjoy.
